This site was created to share some of my insights and thoughts on church, leadership, vision and simply what it means to follow Christ. Often people don’t understand the decisions a leader makes because they simply don’t know the leader that well. This site is to help you know a little more about what makes my brain tick and why I do the things I do.  I am very passionate about the local church and have a vision to create a place where people who need to meet Jesus can understand and relate to Him.  I love our church and believe God has called us to reach thousands of people with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
